Golden Beet and Feta Endive salad with an Apple Balsamic Reduction

Course 3 – Entrée and sides

 

Rosemary Garlic Tenderloin Medallions in a red wine sauce served over a Cauliflower puree and Fingerling Potatoes or Mushroom Risotto
Macadamia nut, Herb crusted Halibut Steak with a white wine caper sauce served with Lobster Risotto and spaghetti squash (Can substitute salmon or cod for the lesser price)
Chicken Picatta in a lemon white wine sauce served with Mushroom risotto or lemon orzo and Bacon Roasted Asparagus or Brussell Sprouts
*Pesto Roasted Lamb lollipops over Mushroom Risotto and summer vegetable medley
